DMCA takedown policy
Last updated: 2026-10-24 ยท Applies to dramanest.fyi and all content served from it.
1. Our content is original
Every short drama, novel and game published by DramaNest is produced by us: written in-house, generated with our own AI tooling and edited before publication. We do not host, re-upload or mirror other platforms' films, television episodes or books. If you believe a specific title does reproduce your work, tell us which title and which work below and we will examine it.
2. Designated agent for copyright notices
Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to our designated agent:
DramaNest โ Copyright Agent
E-mail: [email protected] โ please put DMCA in the subject line
Postal service of process: contact the address above and we will supply the current mailing address for legal notices.
E-mail is the fastest route: notices reaching the address above are also logged in our moderation queue.
3. What a valid notice must contain
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. ยง512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed โ if a single notice covers several works, a representative list;
- identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it โ the exact URL on dramanest.fyi, or the exact series / chapter title;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices cannot be acted on. If we need more information we will tell you what is missing.
4. What we do with a notice
- We acknowledge complete notices by e-mail.
- We aim to unpublish the reported title within 72 hours while we review it.
- We notify the uploader, and we keep a record of the notice, the action taken and the dates.
- If the notice does not identify our content or misstates the facts, we will say so in writing rather than remove original work.
5. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the address above containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
6. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. ยง512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please make sure the notice is accurate before sending it.
7. Repeat infringers
Uploaders who receive three valid takedown notices lose upload privileges permanently, and their published titles may be removed. Notices we receive, and the outcome of each, are recorded.
8. Sending notices to search engines and hosts
If a copy of our content is published somewhere else, the notice goes to whoever hosts that copy, not to us. Our DMCA page can be cited as evidence that DramaNest is the original publisher.
- Google Search โ the copyright removal form at Google's copyright removals; for YouTube use the Copyright webform.
- Bing / Microsoft โ the Bing content removal request form.
- Hosting providers and CDNs โ send the same notice to the abuse address published in the host's WHOIS or trust&safety page; include the URL, the title and the date you first published it.
When you report a copy of our work, attach the original publication URL on dramanest.fyi and the date it went live. That is what distinguishes an original from a re-upload.
9. Send a notice or counter-notice
Use the form below (it goes to our moderation queue and to the site operator by e-mail), or write to [email protected].
