Copyright & infringement policy

1. What creators must confirm before uploading

When you publish a series on DramaNest you must tick the copyright declaration. By doing so you confirm that:

• you own the copyright in the videos, artwork and text you upload, or you hold written permission (a licence) from the rights holder to distribute them here;
• your content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• you understand that uploading someone else's work without permission will lead to removal and may terminate your account.

2. Reporting infringing content (takedown request)

If you believe content on DramaNest infringes your rights, send us a notice using the form below or by e-mail. A valid notice must include:

1. your name, address, phone number and e-mail address;
2. identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
3. the URL (or series title) of the material you want removed, precise enough for us to find it;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to act on complete notices within 72 hours: the reported series is unpublished while we review it, and we notify the uploader.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, reply to the notice e-mail with your contact details, the removed material's URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake. We may restore the content after 10 business days unless the reporting party tells us they have started legal action.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive three valid takedown notices will lose upload privileges permanently, and their existing series may be removed. We keep a record of every notice we handle.

5. What we do not allow

• Re-uploading other platforms' dramas, films or TV episodes without a licence;
• content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that depicts real violence for gratification;
• content that infringes trademarks (for example copied studio logos or branding).
